Meet Jennifer
My own journey into childbirth education wasn’t planned – it found me.
Growing up in Johannesburg, I imagined a very different future. I completed a degree in Criminology and Psychology before building a successful career in banking as a Fraud Detection Analyst and Financial Forensic Auditor.
Then I became a mother.
Pregnancy completely changed my perspective on life.
I found myself re-evaluating everything – from my career and lifestyle to what truly mattered. My priorities shifted towards health, family and becoming the very best version of myself for my children.
That transformation sparked a passion I never expected.
Together with my best friend and business partner, I co-founded Little Bright Fox Mom & Baby Studio, creating a space dedicated to supporting babies, parents and families during the most important years of life.
As our community grew, so did my passion for helping parents prepare long before their baby arrived.
Meeting Sr. Tina Otte and Sr. Linda Britz became another turning point in my journey. Their mentorship introduced me to the world of childbirth education and opened my eyes to the incredible difference that compassionate, evidence-based preparation can make.
Today, I am completing my certification as an International Childbirth Education Association (ICEA) Childbirth Educator, and this is only the beginning of my lifelong commitment to supporting families.
As a mother of two beautiful daughters, having experienced pregnancy loss and a NICU journey myself, I understand that every family’s path into parenthood is unique.
Those experiences have shaped the educator I am today.
I believe knowledge is one of the greatest gifts we can give expecting parents.
When families understand their options, know what to expect and feel supported, they approach birth with greater confidence instead of fear.
My greatest joy is watching parents discover that they are far more capable than they ever imagined.

Meet Sr. Linda Britz
Few people bring the depth of knowledge, compassion and experience that Sister Linda offers.
With more than 35 years of experience, she has dedicated her career to helping parents confidently begin one of life’s greatest adventures.
As a Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife, Registered Psychiatric Nurse and internationally certified Lactation Specialist, Sister Linda combines extensive clinical expertise with genuine warmth and compassion.
She believes every family deserves knowledgeable support, practical guidance and reassurance during pregnancy and beyond.
Alongside teaching our childbirth and parenting courses, Sister Linda provides ongoing care through the Well Baby Clinic and lactation consultations, helping families long after their babies arrive.
Her calm presence, wealth of experience and heartfelt passion have supported thousands of families through pregnancy, feeding and the transition into parenthood.
